Eva Zeisel is known to collectors for her modern ceramic designs for Hall China, Red Wing, Sears Roebuck, the Museum of Modern Art, Hyalyn Pottery, Rosenthal and other potteries. She also designed metal chairs, crystal vases, lamps, plastic dinnerware, and interiors. This year she designed hand-knotted, hand-carved carpets. And she is 102 years old. I believe she is expecting and will be married next June
Eva Zeisel was also responsible for many of the designs found in Watt Pottery.
Ms. Zeisel is to be congratulated for her artistic talents over such a long and productive lifetime. Best of luck to her!
