ROMAN STATUE LOOKS LIKE ELVIS

Does everyone have a doppelganger? Is this carved marble head that was the corner of a sarcophagus in Roman times proof that Elvis had a previous life? Some think Elvis is still alive today. The puzzling carving will sell at Bonhams in London on October 15, part of a $2 million sale of antiquities. Next thing you know, they may find the Latin words and music to his Roman hit songs, "Sandallium Caeruleum Alutum" (Blue Suede Shoes) and "Atroci No Existiti" (Don't Be Cruel).

Looking closely. I do not see much of Elvis but TED DANSON is quite obvious. Elvis, to the best of my recollection, never had hair curled around his neck - neither did Danson as best I know but the statue is what appears to be an older man, not of the same Elvis era as the picture shown. Danson always had a mature look about him.

This is really interesting. I do see the similarities. But there are other antiquities which indicate visits from aliens to Earth. Maybe things just happen over and over again -- on some kind of time continuum.

Seriously, I love your newsletter, but find I really struggle to see the small type in the newsletter itself. This page is readable for anyone, but those of us over 60 or so may have a bit of trouble. I understand the use of white space on a page, on paper or any other kind of layout, but I'd like to suggest that you give up a bit of it (there's maybe too much anyway) in favor of a larger type size.

Hello Collectors...

ELVIS in his youth had been often compared to Greek sculptures. This is nothing new...there have been pics of both Roman and Greek statuary that does look like ELVIS. By the way...I purchased the ELVIS ANAMATRONIC...a robotic life size bust that talks, sings, has facial expressions...(the lip curl!)he even has teeth!
It was very expensive (over $400.00originally)was so realistic that many people thought it too scarey...quite a collectible that in time hopefully will be worth $$$$$$.

There's a huge carved stone head on top of a mountain in Turkey, formerly part of a tomb, that looks scarily like Elvis.
